Our Marinated Meats have been a fun adventure for us at Auclairs Market, Inc . It was actually a deviation from the basic cuts of meat that we have sold during the past 83 years. Since 1989 we have been developing our marinated process which has now resulted in a fine line of Marinated Meats and Marinades available to our customers. Without giving away our trade secrets we can tell you this.
We start with only the best USDA Choice Beef, Lamb, US Grade A Chicken and Pork which are skillfully trimmed to our high standards. We are consistent in our marinating process and packaging techniques. Auclair's Marinated Meats are vacuumed packed in a variety weights designed to fit the needs of your family. They can be frozen.
