Denis J. Auclair was brought up in the grocery business. He is the third generation to operate Auclair's Market. His grandfather, Francis X. Auclair, founded the grocery store in 1918 and quickly established a reputation for providing fine meats. His philosophy was to always provide quality meats at a good price.

The art of cutting and trimming meats has been passed through the generations. Denis has now extended this fine quality trimmed beef, pork, lamb, and chicken into a tasteful assortment of marinated products.
